Refund & Return Policy
At Pepper, we want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact. Items that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or are missing packaging will not be eligible.
How to Request a Return
Email us at heypepper.official@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without prior confirmation — unannounced returns will not be accepted.
Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll make it right.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Reach out to us and we'll do our best to accommodate you, subject to stock availability.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
