Our Story

How It All Began

Noor was watching her son Eesa play outside, hand shading his eyes, squinting into the sun like he was trying to read something far away. She thought: he needs sunglasses. Simple enough.

Except it wasn't. Finding UV-certified kids' sunglasses in Pakistan, ones that actually protected little eyes instead of just looking like they did, turned out to be nearly impossible.

So Noor did what mothers do. She figured it out herself.

A Problem Nobody Was Solving

Abroad, kids' eyewear is a real category: UV400 certified, polarised, flexible, built to last. In Pakistan, the options were thin: cheap plastic frames with zero UV protection, sold like they were the real thing.

Noor wasn't trying to start a brand. She was trying to find sunglasses for Eesa. The brand came later, once she realised every parent she talked to was hitting the same wall.

So she built Pepper.

Every pair is UV400 certified, protecting against both UVA and UVB rays, the kind that matter under Pakistan's sun, all year round. And because Eesa wasn't going to wear something boring, every pair is designed to actually look good on a kid's face.

We're not a big company. We're one mother, one mission, and a very opinionated toddler running quality control.

Built for Kids. Which Means Built for Chaos.

Kids are not gentle. They sit on things, throw things, chew things, and lose things in a room with three objects in it.

We designed Pepper for exactly that kid.

Every pair is made from TR (Trivex Rubber) and TPEE (Thermoplastic Polyether Ester Elastomer), materials used where things genuinely cannot afford to break. TR gives the frames their flex, springing back into shape no matter how badly they're bent. TPEE adds impact resistance standard plastic can't touch. Lightweight without feeling cheap. Flexible without snapping.

Bend them. Drop them. Sit on them. They come back.

We're not promising they'll survive a war zone. We're promising they'll survive Eesa.

The Part Most Parents Don't Think About

Kids' eyes let in more UV than adult eyes do. Sunscreen became a habit years ago. Eye protection never did.

Pepper exists to change that, one pair, one kid, at a time. Starting right here in Pakistan.

The Pepper Guarantee

Here's our promise, in plain language:

If your child's Pepper sunglasses are broken or lost within 6 months of purchase, you get a replacement pair at 50% off. No long forms. No fine print. No "sorry, that's not covered."

Broken? 50% off. Lost? Still 50% off.

Because we know how this goes. You didn't lose them. Eesa did. And you shouldn't have to pay full price for that. Just reach out within 6 months of your order date, and we'll sort it out.

What We Promise You, Always

  • UV400 certified. Not "UV protected," not "sun-safe," UV400, blocking effectively 100% of UVA and UVB rays. No exceptions.
  • TR and TPEE frames only. Because your child deserves better than plastic that snaps by day three.
  • We'll make it right. If it doesn't fit, doesn't hold up, or Eesa, the world's toughest tester, wouldn't approve, we want to know.
  • No fluff. We'll always tell you exactly what you're buying and why it matters for your child's eyes.

Thank You for Being Here

Every order means one more Pakistani kid's eyes are protected, and one less parent going through what Noor went through. We're just getting started, and glad you found us early.
